8. Language selection

After entering the Settings option, by pressing the multifunction button , we select the first group of possible settings, which is Language. A series of national flags and a list of languages in which the thermostat’s user interface can be set are displayed on the screen, to make it easier for users to operate the thermostat. For DT240 thermostats intended for the European market, the following languages can be selected: English, German, Croatian, Polish, Hungarian, Bosnian, and Serbian (with Cyrillic script). For the Asian market, the thermostat displays text in English and Korean.

Language selection

Selecting the language and script is straightforward. The blue screen cursor is moved to the desired language using the buttons and confirmed with the multifunction button , causing the screen cursor to turn green. Then, using the up button , the screen cursor is moved to the top-left corner of the screen Language, and the multifunction button is pressed, followed by the previously described procedure for saving the new setting. The factory setting is Croatian.
